Amber & Ben - 24th June 2022
In June 2022, I photographed the summer wedding of Amber & Ben at Winkworth Farm in Wiltshire, England. The weather was perfect throughout the day and was only disrupted by a little rain during the late evening. Everything throughout the day was all on site at Winkworth Farm making the transition throughout the day run smoothly. With the sun shining the ceremony took place outdoors in beautiful gardens. After the ceremony Amber and Ben were met with the surprise of a mariachi band. This was in line with the couples love for everything Mexican. After capturing the traditional family group shots, we took Amber and Ben aside for their couples portraits. During the portrait session we had smiles, laughter, tears and some absolutely stunning imagery from it. After food it was time for speeches and what a treat these where. Capturing the raw emotions of Amber and Ben as well as the reactions of their nearest and dearest, it was hard not to have a smile on our faces. We popped back out for a quick photo opportunity with the sun starting to set, unfortunately the english weather decided it was the perfect time to rain. This lead for Amber to leg it back inside whilst Ben was stood there laughing. This in itself made for a great photo. All that was left was the first dance, and as we expected this was beautiful. Capturing the moments of love in their eyes as they held each other close. It was a beautiful day and in true Mexican fashion a real fiesta.
