MONTH OF PLANNING : 1,250

Though it is called month of, it's much more than that. Once your date is booked, you can call or email anytime for general wedding guidance. If you've got a question about a vendor, can't decide what chairs to rent, or need advice about seating arrangements, Ashley is here to help. To meet four times, to chat about details and vendors, to finalize your timeline and to do a thorough walkthrough. The month before your wedding Ashley will send a detailed timeline and production spreadsheet to your vendors, taking over as their primary contact until the wedding. The day before your wedding Ashley will direct your rehearsal, ensuring a seamless processional, ceremony and recessional. The day of, she will be first to arrive and last to leave, setting up everything from escort cards, to programs and favors. Also manage and direct vendors and bridal party, cueing them for events like your processional, grand entrance, toasts, and special dances.

four one on one planning sessions including one final walkthrough of venue prior to wedding

general wedding guidance via phone and email throughout the planning process

detailed day-of timeline and event production instructions distributed to vendors the month prior to your wedding.

access to a preferred vendor list during your search for vendors

vendor confirmation the month prior to your wedding

coordination of your rehearsal the day prior to your wedding

a simplified version of the timeline will be distributed to bridal party the day of the rehearsal

The month of + wedding design package offers all the assistance available in the month of package, with extra attention to the style and design of your wedding. This is the package for any couple looking to create a seriously beautiful and cohesive event while on a budget. The package will include a custom inspiration board with a list of recommendations for personalization, a design focused walkthrough to determine the layout, decor placement and lighting design, custom floral design ideas including styling with your florist and sourcing of vases, complete table set up design including sourcing of the perfect rentals, linens, menus, candles, table numbers etc., design of signature drinks and welcome beverages, cake design, sourcing of all paper products including invitations, programs, menus, escort cards, napkins, etc.

The full service coordination package includes every aspect of wedding planning and management from the day you get engaged to the time you leave for your honeymoon. Whether you’re planning a large event with numerous details, or simply don’'t have the time to manage every vendor, attend every meeting order every piece of rental equipment, Ashley is here to make it happen. As your full time wedding planner, she is here for you from day one, transforming your vision into reality. Will make sure you find the picture perfect venue, and hand assemble the best team of vendors that the area has to offer. Ashley will design, create, manage, plan and coordinate every single detail and every single minute of your special day. She will be the primary contact for your vendors, making all appointments, managing all your rentals, setting up hotel blocks for guests, distributing welcome baskets, coordinating your rehearsal dinner and decorating your bridal suite.

Includes all items offered in the partial service package plus:
